This briefing paper and maturity matrix tool aim to support Clinical Commissioning Groups looking to effectively implement joint committee arrangements in a sound way. This paper is intended to serve as general governance advice however CCGs are advised to confirm proposed new arrangements with their Company Secretary and legal or audit advisors.
